arnved on scene at 1636 hours and cleared at 1733 hours. The incident occurred at 11200
Tukwila Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 008. The general description of this
property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was to establish a safe area. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Construction crew dug up a 2 inch gas line in the parking lot they were grading. Upon our
arrival we established a safe area, contacted TPD for traffic control and PSE. 1p

At 1632 hours on Tuesday February 10, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. We
arnved on scene at 1636 hours and cleared at 1733 hours. The incident occurred at 11200
Tukwila Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 008. The general description of this
property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was to establish a safe area. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
