responded. We arrived on scene at 2210 hours and cleared at 2218 hours. The incident
occurred at 6200 Tukwila Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
tasks) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Dispatched by request of TPD to wash down fluids on roadway following non injury auto
accident. Found small amount of anti-freeze/oil mix. Covered and swept up with rice hull
ash.
