responded. We arrived on scene at 1749 hours and cleared at 1806 hours. The incident
occurred at 6800 Fort Dent Way, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is lake, river, stream. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given
or received.
E51 found a light oil sheen on the river where the black river flows into the green river.

At 1741 hours on Tuesday February 17, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1749 hours and cleared at 1806 hours. The incident
occurred at 6800 Fort Dent Way, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is lake, river, stream. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given
or received.

Narratives
E51 followed the sheen up river into the City of Renton towards the metro water treatment
plant. From the best that we can tell the oil sheen is form water run off into the river. It had
just rained pretty hard lhr before the call. E51 went in service.
