arrived on scene at 1320 hours and cleared at 1326 hours. The incident occurred at 16200
West Valley Hwy, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 52. The general description
of this property is service station, gas station. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received. Found empty sump waste recycle drum from the car wash that had been left out
behind the station. Appeared it had been mistakenly identified by a passerby as a
hazardous condition and called 911. Drum was left at the scene with the property owners
and all units returned in service.

At 1314 hours on Monday March 1, 2004 we were dispatched to a chemical hazard (no
spill or leak). Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We
