One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1821 hours and cleared at 1855 hours. The incident occurred at 15200 Tukwila Intemationa Blvd S, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is restaurant or cafeteria. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. E54 found a reporting party on location who directed us to a dump site of some type of petrolium based sludge. On father investigation we were able to talk with the site manager who on seeing the dump informed us of it origin. Apparently a sub -contractor at the site earlier today had emptied a drain sump on the site and had dumped it at this location. He contacted the sub who stated he would return the following morning and remove the material, cleaning it up.
