combustible liquid spill. (inc um was assigned to thss mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1445 hours and cleared at 1458 hours. The incident
occurred at 7400 I-405 Fwy N, Renton in District O/J. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. Mutual aid was given on this
incident.
E51 was dispatched to assist E14. Upon arrival we used 2 bags of absorbent to clean up oil
on the roadway from a motorcycle accident. And returned in service.

At 1438 hours on Sunday April 11, 2004 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. (inc um was assigned to thss mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1445 hours and cleared at 1458 hours. The incident
occurred at 7400 I-405 Fwy N, Renton in District O/J. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. Mutual aid was given on this
incident.
