combusttble liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1619 hours and cleared at 1629 hours. The incident occurred at
3730 S 148 St, Tukwila in District 011. The general description of this property is
multifamily dwelling. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001249 has been assigned to this incident. E54 was dispatched to a fuel
spill at this location. Approximately 1-2 gallons of diesel had leaked out of a large truck
that had already left the scene. E54 personnel covered spill with rice hull ash and
absorbent pads. Excess ash placed in weeds. Soaked pads placed in bag and dumpster.

At 1615 hours o • n Saturday April 17, 2004 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combusttble liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1619 hours and cleared at 1629 hours. The incident occurred at
3730 S 148 St, Tukwila in District 011. The general description of this property is
multifamily dwelling. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001249 has been assigned to this incident. E54 was dispatched to a fuel
