Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0713 hours and cleared at 0825 hours. The incident occurred at 688 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is professional supplies, services. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. The chemical was identified as a processed bleach solution, not a hazard to handle. We assisted an employee at the scene with cleaning up the solution. Evidently, the drain that the chemical usually runs thru was plugged up causing an overflow. When the flow entered the back hallway, it was reported to the fire department. The occupant of this space is "Picture People" Ph# (206) 431-5545. Damage to structure and contents appeared negligable.
