Tukwila Fire Department
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1104 hours and cleared at 1109 hours. The incident
occurred at 4200 W SR 518 Hwy, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001428 has been assigned to this incident. We were dispatched to a
vehicle leaking a liquid from the rear of it on SR 518 WB. Upon arrival we found a
vehicle leaking water from the back of it and the vehicle was out of gas. We gave the
occupant a gallon of gas helped start his vehicle and returned inservice. The vehicle left
the scene with no incident.

At 1057 hours on Tuesday May 4, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1104 hours and cleared at 1109 hours. The incident
occurred at 4200 W SR 518 Hwy, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
