Tukwila Fire Department
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 2256 hours and cleared at 2334 hours. The incident occurred at
5871 S 152 St, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general description of
this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001465 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival we found a '95 Mazda Millenia, WA plate 331GQR, leaking gasoline from a
hole inits gas tank. We attempted to stop the leak with putty. We used absorbent pads and
rice hull ash to contain the leak. I contacted the Manager in attempt to locate the vehicle
owner and to advise her of the situation. I also left a note with contact info on the vehicle
for the owner. E52 slowed the leak to a slow occasional drip and returned.

At 2249 hours on Thursday May 6, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 2256 hours and cleared at 2334 hours. The incident occurred at
5871 S 152 St, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general description of
this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
