At 1524 hours on Wednesday May 19, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. We arrived on scene at 1530 hours and cleared at 1637 hours. The
incident occurred at 1160 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and

confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Upon E51 arrival there was a grey Jeep Cherokee leaking a small amount of gas. We used
Costco supplies to contain the leak. returned in service.
Alarm number 0001604 has been assigned to this incident.
