mvestigation with no hazmat. Four units were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1726 hours and cleared at 1737 hours. The incident
occurred at 843 Industry Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is business office. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0001629 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to the odor of natural gas inside of a building. Upon arrival E-52 assigned to
take the Micro -Max inside and check for flammable readings. Met David Watkins,
reporting party, in the parking lot. He stated that the odor was on the second floor in the
inner hallway. He gave us a key to the doors and we checked it out. Found that there is a

At 1722 hours on Saturday May 22, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
mvestigation with no hazmat. Four units were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1726 hours and cleared at 1737 hours. The incident
occurred at 843 Industry Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is business office. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident.

very strong odor of roofing tar in this hallway. On Friday there had been a crew working
on reroofing with mop on tar. Flammable indicator of 1 at the south end of the hallway.
There are no opening windows nor HVAC in this area to ventilate the building. Reported
findings to B-51 and Mr. Watkins. He will contact the building leasing agent to get fans to
ventilate the upstairs.
All units released and returning in service.
