Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1329 hours and cleared at 1400 hours. The incident occurred at 13075 Gateway Dr, Tukwila in District 0001. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is communications center. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Page: 2 Printed: 05/26/2004 21:54:10 Incident Report 2004-0001677-000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives E53 responded to a possible CO leak at the above address. Two employees were complaining about an "exhaust smell", headaches, and dizziness. E53 requested B51 with a micromax CO detector and had the business evacuate the affected area (2nd story). E53 personnel took readings on the second story level as well as in the shop area just below. We were unable to get any readings on the machine. E53 Lt with B51 approval deemed the building safe to occupy and the employees were able to reenter. Alarm number 0001677 has been assigned to this incident.
