We arrived on scene at 1557 hours and cleared at 1609 hours. The incident occurred at
4000 W SR 518 Fwy, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
E52 was dispatched to a car leaking fuel. Upon arrival car was leaking fuel from fuel
pump. We patched leak so AAA could tow vehicle. We returned in service.

At 1550 hours on Saturday June 5, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1557 hours and cleared at 1609 hours. The incident occurred at
4000 W SR 518 Fwy, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
E52 was dispatched to a car leaking fuel. Upon arrival car was leaking fuel from fuel
pump. We patched leak so AAA could tow vehicle. We returned in service.
