E51,52,54, A74,1351 were dispatched to a reported gas leak at 17025 Southcenter Pkwy.
B51 arrived first and requested E51 pull into the East end of the parking lot. B51 did a
face to face with E51 and we were to enter the building in full SCBA,s. We were

E51 set up a ppv fan at 17025 and E52 set up a fan at the Flower Drum Restaurant. E51
shut off the gas meter in the rear of the restaurant and locked it out.
