At 0819 hours on Friday June 11, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. Two
um ts were assigned to this mcident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0825
hours and cleared at 0930 hours. The incident occurred at 5000 S 124 St, Tukwila in
District 007. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is residential
street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Alarm number 0001852 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 responded to a reported oil spill in the 4900 block of S. 124th st.
E53 arrived to find a cooking grease/animal fat spill at the intersection of 50th PI and s.
124th st.
E53 found a animal fat/cooking oil liquid spill
E53 requested PD for traffic control and Public Works with a sand truck. E53 made
contact with B51 regarding this call. B51 made contact with Baker Commodities. Michael
Bulleri, listed in persons involved section, responded to the scene. Mr. Bulleri was not sure
if this came from his plant or not. He did offer to help mitigate the incident. Mr. Bulleri
brought absorbant from his plant to assist in the clean up of the incident prior to the arrival
of Public Works. PD arrived and provided traffic control. Public works arrived and started
