At 0754 hours on Saturday June 19, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
ammable liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Five personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0801 hours and cleared at 0837 hours. The incident occurred at

14207 Tukwila Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and
containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001949 has been assigned to this incident.
E54 dispatched to a report of a gasoline spill at the 7-11. E54 on location found an RV
leaking gasoline from the tank area. The owner had just filled up the RV. E54 crew found
a hose from the tank to have a loose clamp. E54 crew plugged the hose with a bolt,
stopping the leak. E54 crew spread rice hull ash. It was a very hot day and the gasoline was
evaporating quickly. B51 also responded. E54 B51 returned.
