combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1301 hours and cleared at 1309 hours. The incident
occurred at 6100 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 0003. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E52 responded to a reported 4-5 quart oil spill at the above address. Upon arrival, it was
found that a vehicle had just left Jiffy lube and had been leaking since. The oil was in a
slick 1 foot by 25 ' long. E52 crew spread rice hull ash on the spill and returned.
Alarm number 0002104 has been assigned to this incident.

At 1252 hours on Tuesday June 29, 2004 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1301 hours and cleared at 1309 hours. The incident
occurred at 6100 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 0003. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
