One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1015 hours and cleared at 1242 hours. The incident occurred at 14416 48 P1 S, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was received on this incident. Alarm number 0002138 has been assigned to this incident. Upon arrival E54 found that a natural gas line had been damaged at a single family dwelling that was under construction. A backhoe was digging a trench, that appeared to be unmarked for utilities, and ruptured a 2" line. I established "48th Command", called for PSE and directed E47 to stand by on 144th to cover exposures and secure the area. B45 arrived and provide assistance at the command post. E54 pulled a 1 3/4" preconnect and evacuated one home next to the incident and the construction crew. PSE arrived at 1044. The PSE employee called for assistance. PSE crews arrived and established an entry team to clamp the line. E54 stood by with the 1 3/4" while the entry team clamped the line. PSE monitored the air at the site, the surrounding homes and area. After the line was clamped E47, E54 and B45 returned. The incident was turned over to PSE.
