flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0801 hours and cleared at 0815 hours. The incident occurred at
14207 Tukwila Intemationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002179 has been assigned to this incident.
E54 dispatched to a gasoline spill at the 7-11. E54 on location found a 5x5 gasoline spill
next to the gas pumps. The spill occured when a customer had not put the nozzle
completely in the opening and then was not attentive. The customer was not on location
when E54 arrived. The spill was already evaporating due to the hot weather. E54 crew
S pread rice hull ash. E54 retumed.

At 0801 hours on Monday July 5, 2004 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other •
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0801 hours and cleared at 0815 hours. The incident occurred at
14207 Tukwila Intemationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic
