Tukwila Fire Department
um t was assigned to this mcident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1140
hours and cleared at 1201 hours. The incident occurred at 14400 42 Ave S, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is residential
street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002233 has been assigned to this incident.
E54 dispatched to a non injury MVA for a spill. E54 on location found the spill to be
leaking radiator fluid from the MVA. E54 crew spread rice hull ash and returned.

At 1136 hours on Friday July 9, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. One
um t was assigned to this mcident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1140
hours and cleared at 1201 hours. The incident occurred at 14400 42 Ave S, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is residential
street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
