investigation with no hazmat. We arrived on scene at 1040 hours and cleared at 1054
hours. The incident occurred at 1000 Andover Park W, Tukwila in District 005. The local
station is 51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002399 has been assigned to this incident. Upon arrival we found a large
waiste water tank with the valve open leaking waiste water from a construction site. We
closed the valve and returned inservice.

At 1036 hours on Thursday July 22, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. We arrived on scene at 1040 hours and cleared at 1054
hours. The incident occurred at 1000 Andover Park W, Tukwila in District 005. The local
station is 51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area.
The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002399 has been assigned to this incident. Upon arrival we found a large
