At 0839 hours on Friday August 13, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units
were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0843
hours and cleared at 0856 hours. The incident occurred at 14240 Interurban Ave S,
Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is

business office. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Mutual aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0002705 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 was dispatched to natural gas investigation in a business, with occupants reportedly
evacuating. E52 arrived to find a few occupants still in occupancy, and no smell of gas.
Occupants had shut off heater gas valves and turned on big shop fan. E52 then code
greened all incoming units except B51. Occupants also had contacted gas company, with
tech enroute. E52 used MicroMax and detected no gas, and no 02 deficient atmosphere.
