Tukwila Fire Department
were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1606
hours and cleared at 1642 hours. The incident occurred at 4431 S 144 St, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003028 has been assigned to this incident.
E51, E52, L54, B51 dispatched to a reported natural gas leak inside a house.
E51 arrived after E47. E51 established 144th command. E47 and E51 continued to
investigate the gas leak. Owners were said to have been gone for 2 to 2.5 hours. E51 could
no locate any specific source on our micromax meter. E47 had the same results. Puget
Sound Energy had been contacted prior to our arrival by Valley Com. All units except E51
were released. E51 awaited the arrival of PSE.
PSE arrived and tied in with E51. E51 assited PSE with their investigation. PSE found a
small leak coming from the wall behind the stove.
E51 released the house to the owners and returned in service. PSE to make the house safe
and provide service options.

At 1559 hours on Tuesday September 7, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units
were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1606
hours and cleared at 1642 hours. The incident occurred at 4431 S 144 St, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003028 has been assigned to this incident.
E51, E52, L54, B51 dispatched to a reported natural gas leak inside a house.
E51 arrived after E47. E51 established 144th command. E47 and E51 continued to
