combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2233 hours and cleared at 0503 hours. The incident
occurred at 15700 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The general description of
this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
E51 was dispatched to a semi -truck rollover. The was no injuries. Small amount of oil on
the ground. Stood by while the truck was unloaded. All units returned in service.

At 2233 hours on Sunday October 10, 2004 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2233 hours and cleared at 0503 hours. The incident
occurred at 15700 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The general description of
this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
