Tukwila Fire Department
One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1225 hours and cleared at 1233 hours. The incident occurred at 15600 West Valley Hwy,
Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is
street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were to identify and analyze hazardous materials. Other special haz
mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003476 has been assigned to this incident.
Requested by TPD for antifreeze in the roadway from an auto accident. Upon arrival
found two vehicle that had collided with one leaking antifreeze. Checked with drivers and
no one required aid. Spread rice hull ash on the spill and broomed it in. Leak had stopped
as contents were all on the roadway.
E-51 in service- returning.

At 1220 hours on Monday October 18, 2004 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak.
One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1225 hours and cleared at 1233 hours. The incident occurred at 15600 West Valley Hwy,
