Author Rank Author Assignment Narrative Text New Narrative Incident 13:39:08 Wednesday, November 3, 2004 1158 - Brooks, Merle FFI 1 At 1010 hours on Wednesday November 3, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units were assigned to this incident. Ten personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1016 hours and cleared at 1139 hours. The incident occurred at 15300 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was to establish a safe area. Mutual aid was received on this incident. responded to a reported gas line leak in the intersection of 405 and interurban at the north end of the bridge. Workers on location stated they had struck line with back hoe and caused leak. PSE called as well as call upgraded. E51 and E52 stood by with 11/2 protection line and rescue. E52 provided traffic control on south side.. B51 provided incident command. Line was repaired while standing by and all units then returned in service. Alarm number 0403665 has been assigned to this incident.
