Tukwila Fire Department
condition. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 0819 hours and cleared at 0827 hours. The incident occurred at 16040
Christensen Rd, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of
this property is business office. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003832 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival Ms. Nancy Anderson met us and stated that there is an odor of diesel or jet
fuel in the building. Went inside and noticed slight odor at front doors. Supposed to be
strongest on third floor in suite 306. Went there and the odor is now gone. Employees
here state that it was very strong at 0600 hours and has slowly gone away. Employess also
state that this happened this Tuesday afternoon. No known source. If returns they can call
again and we will see what we can find.

At 0812 hours on Thursday November 18, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazardous
condition. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 0819 hours and cleared at 0827 hours. The incident occurred at 16040
