Rydeen, Steven FFI 1 At 0534 hours on Friday December 3, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0541 hours and cleared at 0625 hours. The incident occurred at 896 SOUTHCENTER Mall, TUKWILA in District 5121. The general description of this property is food and beverage sales, grocery store. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0004000 has been assigned to this incident. Dispatched to an odor of Nat Gas, upon arrival we found a slight Odor in Panda Express after more investigation security stated Maintenance personel had gone and shut down the gas for that Restaurant. The odor disapated quickly. Wa N G was notified and dispatched. We returned inservice B-51 stayed on scene to tie in with the gas company.
