Tukwila Fire Department
investigation with no hazmat. Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0136 hours and cleared at 0235 hours. The incident
occurred at 16049 51 Ave S, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were to identify and, analyze hazardous materials. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0004142 has been assigned to this incident.
Battalion 51 and Engine 51 responded with P.D. for a possible meth lab, upon our arrival
we were told that we would need to recon the house to see if there was active cooking, we
were also told that there was a strong odor from the house and some materials in the
garage that are used to make meth. Battalion 51 requested E52 to make entry and
E51 to back them up. E52 made entry and found some material but not active cooking.
P.D. stated that they could handle the rest of thein ident. All Is returned.

At 0128 hours on Wednesday December 15, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0136 hours and cleared at 0235 hours. The incident
occurred at 16049 51 Ave S, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general
