Narrative Text At 1339 hours on Wednesday December 15, 2004 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1345 hours and cleared at 1354 hours. The incident
occurred at 15400 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
We were dispatched to some sort of spill. We arrived to find approx. 1 gallon of

transmission fluid covering an 8'X20' area. We applied 2 bags of rice hull ash after closing
one lane of traffic. No other actions were needed.
