Tukwila Fire Department
condition. Two units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1300 hours and cleared at 1323 hours. The incident occurred at 14000
Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The general description
of this property is motor vehicle or boat sales, services, repair. No mutual/automatic aid
was given or received.
Alarm number 0004156 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 responded to the City Shops on Interurban Ave. to investigate some Drug Lab
equipment left on sight by TPD. On arrival we found a cardboard box with plastic tubing
and plastic containers. TPD arrived and checked with the personnel who left this sitting
next to the dumpster. He was informed that this was inert material. B51 arrived and
decided to tape it off and call DOE to pick the material up.

At 1257 hours on Thursday December 16, 2004 we were dispatched to a hazardous
condition. Two units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1300 hours and cleared at 1323 hours. The incident occurred at 14000
