At 1736 hours on Thursday December 16, 2004 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Three
units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1741 hours and cleared at 1803 hours. The incident occurred at 14040 Interurban Ave S,
Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is
casino, gambling clubs. The primary task(S) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0004163 has been assigned to this incident.
E52,E53, B51 were dispatched to a reported Natural Gas Leak at 14040 Interurban Ave S.
On E52 'S arrival we were informed by the security guard that he could smell gas on the
north side of the building.
I asked him if there was any gas smell inside the casino. He stated no. Our investigation
showed that the smell was coming from a set of gas regulator valves on the north side. We
also tested the atmosphere on the inside of the building. The tester showed 0 per cent
Methane. All units were code greened.
