Narrative Text At 1224 hours on Monday January 3, 2005 we were dispatched to a chemical hazard (no
spill or leak). Two units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1229 hours and cleared at 1244 hours. The incident occurred at 20435
72 Ave S, Kent in District O/J. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was standby. Automatic aid was given on this incident.
Alarm number 0000026 has been assigned to this incident.

Narrative Text E51 dispatched to 20435 72 Av S (Automatic Aid) with Kent Fire Department (Incident
$KF05-000090) for a reported odor of natural gas in the lunchroom.
While enroute, FIRE THREE advised that she was unable to confirm the location within
the building (RP's Phone number was disconnected, and CAD record number went to a
voice mail phone). E76 arrived and directed E51 to standby on S 204 St and await further
instructions.
On arrival, E51 stood by at 204th and 72 Av S until CODE GREENED by E76 (nothing
found). E51 returned in service.
