Narrative Text At 1547 hours on Monday January 17, 2005 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition.
Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene
at 1548 hours and cleared at 1603 hours. The incident occurred at 4000 S 115 St,
TUKWILA in District 5341. The general description of this property is residential street,
road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E53 responded to a citizen's request to check out a reported landslide at the above address.

Narratives
E53 found a small mudslide at the address, with approximately 1 cubic yard of mud which
had sloughed off the hillside and covered the sidewalk. E53 added B51 and checked the
hillside above for vicinity of houses, fences or other potential problems. There were none.
B51 instructed E53 to monitor the situation periodically and that he would inform City
crews of the situation tomorrow. E53 returned.
