Narrative Text At 1602 hours on Wednesday March 23, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1606 hours and cleared at 1610 hours. The incident
occurred at 13500 INTERURBAN Ave S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 52.
The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(S)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0500945 has been assigned to this incident.E52 was dispatched to a
possible fuel spill at 13500 Interurban Ave. S. On E52 arrival we found a fueling nozzle
laying on the fueling island next to pumpl 1. There was no fuel flowing nor was there much
fuel on the ground. E52 contacted Pacific Pride and they were sending a tacknition out to
repair the nozzle. E52 returned in service.
