Roberts, Martin Author Rank LT Author Assignment 1 Narrative Text At 1606 hours on Tuesday March 29, 2005 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units were assigned to this incident. Nine personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1609 hours and cleared at 1620 hours. The incident occurred at 13919 42 Ave S, Tukwila in District 011. The Local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident. Alarm number 0501014 has been assigned to this incident. Upon arrival E54 spoke with the RP. He reported an odor of Natural Gas outside his home. I sent A54 to a construction/demolition site at 14005 42 Av S to investigate. A54 confirmed that a stubbed residential line had been broken during demolition. PSE was onsite and was in the process of capping the line on our arrival. I spoke with the PSE crew, they had the line shut down and did not need us to stand by. E54 and A54 returned.
