Narrative Text At 1523 hours on Friday April 15, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 1538 hours and cleared at 1720 hours. The incident occurred at 10700 E
Marginal Way S, Tukwila in District 008. The local station is 53. The general description
of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0501198 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 originally dispatched to a reported oil slick in the intersection of the Boeing Access

Rd and E Marginal Way S. Call was put on hold till pd arrived. Call was reopened and
dispatched after a delay.
E53 arrived to find a diesel fuel spill approx 300 feet long.
Fuel Oil spill of unknown origin.
E53 contacted B51 for city resources to handle the spill (Public works sand truck). E53
encountered a delayed response from public works. See B5 l's documentation. E53 assisted
in traffic control to facilitate sanding operations. E53 returned in service.
