Narrative Text At 1722 hours on Friday April 29, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 1726 hours and cleared at 1735 hours. The incident occurred at 1000 Andover
Park E, TUKWILA in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this
property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0501375 has been assigned to this incident.
TPD called for a service call for oil on the roadway- creating a slick surface. Had been a
non -injury accident at this location and ATF and been spilled on the roadway. Spread rice
hull ash and Absorb on the roadway to help with the slick surface.
E-51 in service- returning.
