Dispatched to address in place of Kent Fire to investigate a suspicious tool box left in front
of bussiness. After investigating, it was determined that there was no off-gasing or leaking
coming from the box and that it would be turned over to Kent PD. A Kent Seargeant
determined that he would open the box, so E51 stood by while PD opened the box. As per
PD the box ended up being empty.
