Narrative Text At 1842 hours on Thursday May 12, 2005 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1846 hours and cleared at 1926 hours. The incident occurred at
451 COSTCO Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description
of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
E51 found about 1 gallon of gas has leaked out of the gas tank of a car at the fuel pump.

said that he didn't have any problems with the car before putting fuel in it. E51 plugged the
leek so the driver could driver the car home to get it fixed. E51 used pig putty to fix the
leek.
