Narrative Text At 1602 hours on Wednesday May 18, 2005 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene, at 1610 hours and cleared at 1639 hours. The incident occurred at
803 SOUTHCENTER Mall, TUKWILA in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was to establish a safe

E51 responded to a possible fuel spill, upon our arrival we found no fuel but a fuel leak
from the fuel line. E51 called for a tow and waited for their arrival.
