Narrative Text At 0812 hours on Sunday May 29, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 0820 hours and cleared at 0825 hours. The incident occurred at On N I-405
Fwy N at SB, Renton in District O/J. The local station is 51. The general description of
this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0501773 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched for an oil spill. Upon our arrival there was an obvious diesel spill

approximately 1 foot wide with a light film that ran from the beginning of the ramp past
the top. E76 was also dispatched for another spill at S 212th with the same conditions.
E51 requested fire one to call and advise DOT of the spill from S212th to 405. E51
returned in service.
