Narrative Text At 1600 hours on Thursday June 16, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Three units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1601 hours and cleared at 1628 hours. The incident
occurred at 4200 S 144 ST, TUKWILA in District 5410. The local station is 54. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials
spill control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0502017 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 was notified of a hazardous spill condition at the above address by a police officer.
L54 went to the location to investigate and find out the size and type of spill. Upon arrival
L54 officer notified dispatch of the spill and to generate an incident number. The type of
the spill was undetermined. The size of the spill was approximately three to five gallons
and was spread out for two clocks down the middle on the west side of 42 Ave S. L54 used
absorbent to control the spill. E52 was dispatched to assist with manpower and bring
additional sbsorbant material. B51 added it self to the incident and assisted in attemping
to find the sourse vehicle. The sourse was not located and the spill was not deternined. L54
was requestion by B51 at an additional location for an aid call and L54 left the scene in the
