Narrative Text At 1154 hours on Tuesday June 21, 2005 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1157 hours and cleared at 1205 hours. The incident occurred at
400 COSTCO Dr, TUKWILA in District 006. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Narratives
E51 responded to a gasoline spill at the pumps at costo. Upon our arrival we found 2-3
gallons of gasoline on the ground. E51 laid down some ameri-zorb and returned.
