Narrative Text At 0921 hours on Saturday July 16, 2005 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0927 hours and cleared at 0934 hours. The incident occurred at
13138 INTERURBAN Ave S, TUKWILA in District 001. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
A vehicle struck an object while on the highway. This object put a hole in the gas tank.
Upon arrival, E53 found that the gas tank wasno longer leaking. E53 crew used Ameri
sorb to mitigate the spill on the ground (approximately 2 gallons spread over about 20 feet
X 2 feet). E53 returned.
Alarm number 0502411 has been assigned to this incident.
