One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1142 hours and cleared at 1158 hours. Page: 2 Printed: 08/04/2005 20:36:29 4 • Incident Report 2005-0502697-000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives Alarm number 0502697 has been assigned to this incident. Reported that an Orkin truck was spilling an unknown product onto the roadway. Reporting party pulled the driver over and states that the driver was uncooperative and left the scene. Checked around the area and found no signs of a spill. Contacted Orkin and found that the driver was now at 4524 S 139 ST. Went there with TPD and made contact with the Orkin driver. He states that while on I-5 a five gallon jug of water in the back of his truck fell over. It had no cap on the spout and lost its contents. The driver of a motor cycle pulled him over and then he drove off of the freeway to a safer area. The driver of the motor cycle was told that it was water but he was wanting to be confrontational and so the Orkin driver drove off to his next appointment. Saw the container and accepted the explanation. E-51 out of quarters- in service.
