investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0502809 has been assigned to this incident.
Citizen stopped by the station to report that around the corner on 59 Av S there was a
smell of natural gas along the sidewalk in front of a residence. Responded and
investigated. Could get an occasional whiff of natural gas smell. Occupant of the
residence saw us and came out. She stated that she had the gas company just remove a
yard lamp that had been O/S and leaking. She pointed out that there are still two in the
front yard. There was a very faint odor coming from the lamp that is directly in front of
the house. Resident states that gas company is supposed to be back and remove the other
two lamps. She will call in the AM to see when they will be back.
