combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1401 hours and cleared at 1404 hours. The incident
occurred at 1100 ANDOVER Park W, Tukwila in District 006. The general description of
this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0502852 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to non -injury TA to assess fluid on roadway. Covered small amount of oil
with absorbant material.
