Narrative Text At 1342 hours on Tuesday August 30, 2005 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak.
Seven units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene
at 1348 hours and cleared at 1752 hours. The incident occurred at 18922 DES MOINES
MEM Dr, SeaTac in District O/J. The local station is 52. The general description of this
property is warehouse. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was standby. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was
given on this incident.
Alarm number 0503062 has been assigned to this incident.
HM51 responded to a reported chemical leak as part of a Zone 3 Hazmat strike team.
HM51 was delayed in responding due to shuffling of personnel to man HM51. FF Hickey
from E53 and FF Schell from E52 were moved to HM51 and crews from Eng52 and 53
were combined to make a 4 man crew on E53.
HM51 arrived at staging and stood by in manpower awaiting assignment.
